Yields Logic is an authorized reseller of PIX4Dfields software and a bilingual training provider, and a distributor partner for Ceres Air / Raptor Dynamic spray drones (including the Ceres C31). Specific products, licenses and training are described on the Site and in any quote we provide.

Prices shown are in U.S. dollars and may change without notice. Certain items (e.g., multi-year, perpetual, team licenses and drone hardware) are sold by quote. Applicable taxes, shipping and fees may be added at checkout or on your invoice.

Payments & subscriptionsPagos y suscripciones
Payments are processed securely by Stripe. Subscription licenses (e.g., monthly or annual PIX4Dfields) renew automatically for successive terms until cancelled. You may cancel renewal before the next billing date; cancellation stops future charges and does not, by itself, refund the current term (see our Refund Policy).

PIX4Dfields licenses are owned and operated by Pix4D SA and are subject to Pix4D’s End User License Agreement and terms. Yields Logic resells and supports these licenses but does not modify Pix4D’s license terms.

Drones & hardwareDrones y hardware
Drone hardware (e.g., Ceres C31) is supplied with the manufacturer’s warranty and documentation. You are responsible for safe operation and for complying with all applicable regulations, including U.S. FAA Part 107 and Part 137 requirements where relevant. NDAA-compliance statements refer to the manufacturer’s representations.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Disputes shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Travis County, Texas.
